Neal Garnett was appointed Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive Board of DLL in February 2023. He is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy and global business activities in the key industry sectors it serves: Food, Agriculture, Office Technology, Construction, Transportation, Industrial, Healthcare and Clean Technology.

Garnett joined DLL in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, Sales, Program / Joint Venture Management and General Management. Prior to his appointment as CCO, Garnett served as General Manager and President of the Construction, Transportation and Industrial Global Business Unit (CT&I-GBU), overseeing the continued growth and profitable expansion of the business unit.

Prior to joining DLL, Neal spent almost 10 years working at leading companies in the banking, financial services and consulting sectors, including HSBC and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is also a chartered accountant with prior experience in audit and corporate reconstruction, as well as a regional representative for the Bank of England’s ‘Chartered Accountants in Business’ panel.

Garnett graduated from Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and is an alumnus of Darden Business School, University of Virginia’s: The Executive Program (TEP).
